We are seeking a Graphics Designer & Developer who thrives at the intersection of visual storytelling and technical implementation. This hybrid role will help design, develop, and maintain high-impact visuals across products, pitch decks, websites, UI components, and mission-critical communications. You’ll work closely with engineers, operators, and mission stakeholders to turn complex ideas into compelling, accessible, and action-driving designs.
Responsibilities
Design clean, bold, and modern graphics for digital products, proposal documents, pitch decks, and internal branding materials.
Develop UI assets, data visualizations, icon sets, infographics, and branded templates (Adobe, Figma, Canva, PowerPoint).
Support product teams with wireframes, mockups, and user interface prototypes for mission applications (web and mobile).
Build and maintain 10x brand identity across digital and print media, ensuring consistency and creativity.
Contribute to web development efforts using HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React (as needed) for front-end implementations.
Translate complex technical concepts (AI, cyber, DDIL, Zero Trust, etc.) into intuitive and aesthetically powerful visuals.
Collaborate across engineering, business development, and leadership teams to support storytelling and mission impact.
Qualifications
Required:
3+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing digital and product-oriented work.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Canva.
Experience working with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS/JavaScript); ability to support developers with production-ready assets.
Strong visual design sense, including typography, layout, color, and brand systems.
Demonstrated ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and deliver high-quality assets under tight deadlines.
Preferred:
Experience with React, TailwindCSS, or Webflow.
Familiarity with defense, intelligence, or cybersecurity domains.
Motion design experience using After Effects or Lottie animations.
U.S. government proposal layout experience (PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Active DoD clearance (Secret or above).
