Summary:
Supports documentation, training readiness, test script validation, and tracking of execution activities. The analyst acts as a connective tissue between the SAP design team and field resources, helping ensure accuracy, traceability, and repeatability of conversion execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update SOPs, training materials, and process documentation throughout the deployment lifecycle
• Support functional testing, data readiness checks, and operational validation for conversion sites
• Assist with day-to-day system troubleshooting and question resolution for users
• Document lessons learned and site-specific deviations for inclusion in the playbook
• Participate in daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and status reviews
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of SAP functional or analyst experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environments
• Strong documentation, process analysis, and testing skills
• Experience working with WM/EWM transactions and cross-functional teams
• Able to work both remotely and on-site in support of live cutover activities
