Summary:
Supports end-to-end warehouse conversion execution by acting as the on-the-ground functional lead during site readiness, system cutover, and hypercare. This role bridges operational teams and system processes, ensuring that SAP WM/EWM transactions are understood, tested, and executed effectively at the floor level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and refining the warehouse conversion playbook, incorporating lessons learned from active sites
• Lead readiness walkthroughs, assess gaps, and support execution of labeling, bin setup, and slotting adjustments
• Provide system navigation support, user guidance, and issue triage during cutovers and go-lives
• Support documentation of SOPs and test script validation based on operational workflows
• Participate in planning calls and provide site-level status updates and observations
Requirements:
• 3+ years of SAP WM or EWM experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Must be able to obtain a US security clearance
• Strong understanding of inventory processes, system transactions, and user training
• Hands-on experience supporting cutovers or warehouse transformation preferred
• Excellent communication and adaptability in live operational settings
• Must be able to travel up to 50%
• Deep understanding of warehouse processes such as inbound/outbound logistics, storage control, RF/mobile, labor management, and automation integration.
• Experience with SAP TM, MM, and PP modules is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for business audiences.
