One Federal Solution is seeking a motivated Parking Program Support Specialist to support a government client in Washington, DC. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of a comprehensive Parking Program spanning seven parking facilities. The ideal candidate will combine strong customer service skills with project management expertise to ensure efficient operations, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory compliance.
Parking Program Support Specialist Key Responsibilities:
Issue parking program invoices and permits; reconcile payments and issue refunds.
Promote excellent customer relations by consistently delivering premier service.
Independently resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the government manager when necessary.
Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources to align with contract goals and technical performance targets.
Create and maintain detailed project documentation including work plans, staffing matrices, risk registers, and performance reports.
Lead stakeholder meetings and provide updates on staffing, financials, operations, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet program and technical requirements.
Conduct daily garage surveys; issue infractions and authorize ticketing and/or towing when appropriate.
Support the creation of reports and responses to GSM Parking Program data calls.
Parking Program Support Specialist Qualifications:
Minimum of three (3) years of program management experience.
Active Secret security clearance.
Proven customer service excellence.
Strong background in program planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and hold a valid driver’s license.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
