Location: **Remote **Must reside in the U.S. and work East Coast (EST) core business hours of operation.
Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance (clean background and credit check required).
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using technologies such as LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges in federal environments.
- Leverage modern AI/ML frameworks and cloud platforms to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, or Generative AI.
- 2+ years of experience with AI/ML technologies, including: Deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Ray)
- AI accelerators (e.g., GPUs, TPUs)
- Model architectures (e.g., transformers, encoders/decoders)
- Machine learning APIs
- Proficient in at least one programming language: Python, Java, JavaScript (Node.js), or HTML.
- Strong background in one or more of the following areas: Recommendation Systems, Computer Vision, NLP, Speech/Audio Processing, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Distributed ML.
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in data analysis, including trend identification, summary statistics, and deriving insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Proven ability to provision and deploy applications in cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent industry experience.
