As a Proposal Analyst Sr Staff, you will drive bid and negotiation strategies, interface with Program Executive leadership. You will engage with external customers, foster process innovations, and ensure compliance with FAR and DFAR requirements. You will provide critical analysis and support to proposal development efforts, working closely with senior leaders to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and analyzing proposals, business cases, and cost models to drive growth
• Driving bid and negotiation strategies
• Interfacing with Program Executive leadership and external customers
• Fostering process innovations and tool enhancements
• Ensuring compliance with FAR and DFAR requirements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

A level 5 employee Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
-Accounting, Finance, Economics, SCM, or Business related Bachelor's Degree with professional experience and/or related Master's Degree
-Proposal knowledge and experience working TINA compliant/certifiable proposals
- Experience leading major program proposals (Production, Development, and/or Sustainment)
-Excellent communication and influencing skills, with ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to stakeholders and decision-makers, and drive stakeholder buy-in and support for proposals and business strategies
- Strong cross functional collaboration skills
-Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
-Able to lead a team in formulating strategies and proactive thinking
-Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Desired Skills:
- In depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and Cost & Pricing Data requirements
- Experience being primary interface for customer negotiations and DCAA audits
- Primary Estimating focal point for strategy and delegation review discussions with Executive Leadership
- Established capability of working with Pricing/Estimating Systems (Pro Pricer, EFS, etc.) as well as advanced Excel concepts (Pivot Tables, VLookups, SumIfs, etc.)
- Strong, clear communication skills to influence decision making and stakeholder buy-in
-Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
