Job Title: CISCO Call Manager
Location: NSA, Bahrain
Job Responsibilities
The CISCO Call Manager shall support the software-based call-processing system .
- In-depth knowledge of voice gateways.
- Expertise in end-to-end Quality of Service (QoS) and multicast design and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS-based routers (ASR 1000, 3900, 3800, 2800 series).
- Proficiency with Cisco IOS-based switches (6500, 4500, 3750 series).
- Strong technical documentation skills.
- Solid network troubleshooting capabilities and comprehensive understanding of network infrastructure.
Minimum Qualifications
- A n Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable).
- Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required .
- At least seven (7) years of recent specialized experience.
- At least two (2) years experience in a military environment.
- The following certifications are required: Security+ and CCNP.
- Able to travel to support mission up to 10%.
Education
- Associate's degree in Networking, OR eleven (11) total years of recent specialized experience .
