Job Title: Field Service Manager

Job Responsibilities
The Field Service Manager will track all inbound and outbound personnel, ensure they receive CAC, visas, passports, etc., as well as ensure processing through CRC as needed . Input of LOAs in SPOT and processing those who leave the contract .

Job Responsibilities
The Field Service Manager will track all inbound and outbound personnel, ensure they receive CAC, visas, passports, etc., as well as ensure processing through CRC as needed . Input of LOAs in SPOT and processing those who leave the contract .
- Expertise in HR policies and procedures .
- Strong knowledge of pre-deployment process for both CONUS and OCONUS positions.
- Experience using Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker - Enterprise Suite (SPOT-ES)
- Knowledgable in process Common Access Cards (CAC)
- Familiarity with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and managing TDY travel for FSR.
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations .
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills .
- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion .
- Familiarity with MS Office suite .
- Excellent communication skills .
Minimum Qualifications
- A n Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable).
- Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required .
- Five ( 5 ) years of experience in Human Resources management .
- Able to travel to support mission up to 10%.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , OR an Associate's degree plus seven ( 7 ) total years of recent specialized experience , OR eleven ( 1 1 ) year s of recent specialized experience.
