Mayvin is currently seeking a Financial Analyst II to provide support for the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) contract within the Procurement Division (PD) at the Austin Processing Center (APC). The Financial Analyst will assist in various financial matters and will serve as a liaison with Federal Employees, Contractors, and Divisions across the U.S. Marshals Service.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities :
- Processes financial documents and transactions from assigned Districts using the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS)
- Provides overall financial management and budgeting support
- Monitors and reviews accounting reports, invoices, and receipts
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) when reviewing and processing travel vouchers from District employees
- Processes travel documents within the USMS Е2 travel system
Qualifications :
- Four-year undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- Three years of related experience
- Experience in government accounting systems and the application of the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR)
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel capabilities (Vlookup, PivotTables, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills
