ROLE: Deskside and Field IT Support Specialists
REQUIRED:
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting a U.S. Federal agency.
Clearance : Public Trust Moderate (MBI)
Onsite Location s: Lanham, MD; DC; New York, NY; Chicago, IL; Houston, TX; Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Memphis, TN; Seattle, WA; Richmond, VA; KC, MO. Additional locations may include other sites around the National Capitol Region (NCR) and Southeast & Northeast U.S.
DESCRIPTION:
Constellation West is a 29-year WOSB and Prime Federal Contractor bidding on workstation support work for the IRS's network service and enterprise field ops.
Multiple positions for Junior and Mid-levels (1-5years of experience):
Provide support for resolving customer problems with their deskside IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, telephones, printers and scanners.
Handle Windows 10 imaging, hardware prep, remote site deployment, and peripheral configuration in high-travel or high-volume areas.
Provide support for break/fix and routine replacement of equipment, maintain electronic inventory, surplus inventory, and ensure replacement equipment performs as required.
Distribute IT Tier III peripheral equipment supplies (network printer toner, etc.)
Support the maintenance of local and wide area network components.
Provide technical services to inventory and prepare equipment for shipping, provide on-site support for incident management, provide on-site deployment support for delivery of new Windows 10 operating systems, and troubleshoot network incidents.
