We are hiring for Senior Real Estate Advisor to provide guidance, direction and oversight of matters pertaining to the shaping and strengthening of Client installations in support of personnel and logistical combat capability.
Job title: Senior Real Estate Advisor
Location: Pentagon, DC, hybrid 3 days a week on site
Duration: 01+ year
Required skills:
• Experience working real estate transactions, including but not limited to Enhanced Use Leases (EUL) and Strategic Real Estate Opportunities (SREO) for the Department of the Air Force and/or the Department of Defense.
• Experience in providing guidance, reporting, and senior leader status updates on the completion of Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) Corrective Action Plans (CAP); particularly pertaining to matters on Real Property financial accounting.
• Experience in reading, coordinating, consolidating, developing, and maintaining real estate management and development governance and programmatic documents (e.g., DAFIs, policies), action plan recommendations, task and inquiry responses, and issue resolution action plan(s) under SAF/IEI program management oversight and authorities.
• The capacity to monitor, analyze, assess, and reconcile as needed RP transactions providing results to SAF/IEI and stakeholders, formulating process, procedure and reporting methods improvements and gaining approval for change management implementation.
