Koniag IT Systems, LLC (KITS), a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Program Manager with a Top Secret Clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Huntsville, AL. This position is onsite with the customer.

The Program Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Provides technical/management leadership for all PWS requirements.
- Establishes goals and plans that meet project requirements.
- Maintains domain and expert technical knowledge.
- Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
- Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
- Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
- Plans, initiates, and manages IT projects. Leads and guides the work of technical staff.
- Serves as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
- Plans project stages and assesses business implications for each stage.
- Monitors progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
- May supervise others.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or business-related programs
- Program Management Certification
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in managing IT programs
- Working knowledge and experience managing technology, software, and IT infrastructure programs
- Understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle) and hybrid cloud environments
- Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment, with a client-centric culture, and an environment of high performers.
- Must be able to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
- Must be able to work effectively with numerous stakeholder types and bring a group to consensus
