ServiceNow Manager

Koniag IT Systems, LLC (KITS), a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Manager with a Secret Clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Huntsville, AL. This is a lead role and this position is onsite with the customer.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Overall responsibility for the health, performance, security, and governance of the ServiceNow instance.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for all ServiceNow-related issues. Manages the ServiceNow team and budget.
• Oversees upgrades, patching, and maintenance windows. Ensures alignment with IT strategy and business needs

Minimum Qualifications:

• Deep ServiceNow expertise (administration, development, architecture), ITIL framework knowledge, project management, leadership, communication, vendor management (working with ServiceNow), understanding of security best practices
• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, 5+ years in a leadership role.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - multiple modules preferred.
• Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment, with a client-centric culture, and an environment of high performers.
• Must be able to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
• Must be able to work effectively with numerous stakeholder types and bring a group to consensus
• Secret Clearance
