Koniag IT Systems, LLC (KITS), a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Demand Manager with a Top Secret Clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Huntsville, AL. This position is onsite with the customer.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for facilitating the intake, prioritization, and analysis of IT investment requests across organization.
- Working with stakeholders to define requirements, assess business value, and align proposed projects with strategic goals.
- Managing the demand intake process; conducting preliminary assessments of proposed projects; facilitating prioritization meetings; developing business cases; tracking project status; reporting on portfolio performance; and ensuring alignment with IT governance policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to facilitate workshops and gather requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of IT portfolio management principles and methodologies. Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT). Ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations.
- 3+ years of experience in demand management, portfolio management, or business analysis. Experience working with IT investment processes. Experience in a DoD or government environment is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification is desirable. ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
- Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment, with a client-centric culture, and an environment of high performers.
- Must be able to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
- Must be able to work effectively with numerous stakeholder types and bring a group to consensus
