As the Top Secret Infrastructure Program Integrator, you will support work within NAVAIR's Airborne Strategic Command, Control and Communications Program Office, PMA-271. This position will provide support to the PMA-271 programs in support of development, integration and certification of a top-secret collateral network within various DoD facilities and its industry partners.

The Program Integrator will be responsible for:

  • Providing program/project/technical management support to the Top-Secret Infrastructure (TSI) Team in the development of a new top secret (TS) network.
  • Generating, identifying, and analyzing technical requirements and ability to integrate systems into the facilities.
  • Leading weekly team meetings, status calls with industry partners, and coordinating with the Digital Analytics Infrastructure and Technology Advancement (DAiTA) Group and Digital Network and Applications (DNA) Department.
  • Coordinating with appropriate Site Systems Security Office and NAVAIR Cyber for physical and network connections to define requirements and solutions to certify TS infrastructure enabling it to receive authority to operate (ATO) for the connections.
  • Monitoring and reporting program status of selected sites receiving TS infrastructure equipment to achieve their ATO.
  • Facilitating meetings, taking minutes, tracking schedules, and participating in the engineering risk management process.
  • Reviewing and assessing relevant documentation and artifacts for establishment TS network connections.
  • Coordinating and participating in activities concerning technical development, scheduling, and resolving integration and test problems.
  • Participating or assisting in relevant technical interchange meetings, site planning Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
  • This position may require travel 20% or more, annually.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical area of study is required.
  • Must have at least 10 years of program management experience, preferably management of a technical/DoD program.
  • Excellent organizational skills, adept at managing competing priorities and initiating projects.

  • You possess professional and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You take a proactive approach to your work and you're able to accomplish tasks with limited guidance and supervision.

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret clearance. Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Salary Range:

  • The estimated salary range for this position will be $150k - $165k annually, based on an individual's level of experience and skill set. It is our goal at ASEC to provide equitable compensation to all employees.
