Syntelligent is currently seeking a TS/SCI cleared full-time All Source Analyst to support our intelligence customer located at The Pentagon, Arlington,VA!
Position: All-Source Analyst
Location: Arlington, VA
Shift: Yes - able to rotate between AM (0300-1100), Core (~0800-1600), and PM (~1100-1900) shifts

Position: All-Source Analyst
Location: Arlington, VA

Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, US government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis training
- Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality intelligence assessments and briefings for senior-level government officials
- Experience with all-source analytic tradecraft and ICD 203 and 206
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Community
- Ability to support shift work
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Additional Qualifications / Nice to have:
- Prior experience in a J2 or Combatant Command environment
- BA or BS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, or National Security Studies preferred; MA or MS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, or a related research field a plus
