Description

Support a portfolio of highly complex Implementation Cost Estimate Proposal (ICEPs) and proposals from development to award Facilitate internal ICEP and proposal meetings supporting the applicable technical teams in ICEP and proposal development with the end state of delivering quality, on time documents Assist the Contracting Team with the creation and preparation of ICEPs and proposal documents Assist in the preparation of ICEPs and proposal documents by collaborating with the Project Management Office, Customer Relationship Managers, numerous technical teams, Contracting Team and Government Stakeholders (includes proposing schedule, labor, subcontractor labor, travel, shipping, etc.) Monitor the STRIDE 1.0 system for real-time proposal notifications Manage multiple ICEP and proposal developments to ensure on time delivery Exhibit ownership of ICEP and proposal deliverables by collaborating with multiple IRES teams and Government Stakeholders to deliver quality documents driven by Government Stakeholders' requirements Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education/Training:
    • Associate's Degree in mathematics, computing, finance or related field preferred
    • PMP certification preferred

Experience:
    • 4+ years of directly related experience
    • Experience collaborating with technical teams, Sr Management and Clients
    • Proficiency in MS Office with a focus on Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project

Preferred Experience:
    • IT-related proposal development experience
    • Experience with Earned Value Management contracts
    • Experience facilitating high dollar-value proposal developments ranging in complexity

Security:
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance


Physical Requirements:
  • Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
  • Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
  • Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
  • Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary: $116,000 - 125,000

Salary rates for this position are competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
