Senior Financial Analyst Lead

Tyto Athene is searching for a Senior Financial Analyst Lead to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the PM to define the program's financial goals and objectives, developing a scalable financial management solution that aligns with work-flow and AAS business processes
• Oversees the execution of financial management and reporting functions, including conducting detailed cost analysis, financial forecasting, and preparing comprehensive financial reports
• Directs working capital activities such as invoicing support for unbilled cost, accruals, on-hold cost, and managing cost backups
• Provides program financial revenue projections and variance analysis
• Leads the productions of key financial deliverables, including the MSR and updates to portal financial data, and manages the development of ROM/BOMs for TDPs

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in financial analysis or program control, including at least 2-3 years in a lead or supervisory role
• Experience supporting DoD or Federal Programs
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition process and budget life-cycle
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
• Experience with ERP systems such as Deltek Costpoint or similar platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired:

• Master's degree in related field
• Knowledge or EVM systems and reporting
• Familiarity with PPBE - Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Executions process
• Experience with Army or Joint command financial analysis tools
• Certified Defense Financial Manager
• DoD Financial Management Certification level II or higher

Clearance:

• Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI

Certification:

• DoD 8570 Baseline & CE certifications are required for all positions and may vary slightly depending on the skillset required to perform the role
• CompTIA Security+ CE
