Asset Management Specialist - Journeyman

Tyto Athene is searching for a Asset Management Specialist - Journeyman to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and integrates a comprehensive asset management process, aligning people, processes, and technology across all phases of service delivery
• Maintains verifiable and authoritative asset data to support a resilient and interoperable Enterprise Information Environment (EIE) architecture
• Develops and maintains asset management blueprints that incorporate relevant inputs, outputs, and interoperability conditions, while executing full IT lifecycle management services
• Maintains an accurate cyber and data-informed Service Catalog that aligns with USSOUTHCOM strategies and operational outcomes
• Develops and maintains an IT Current Environment Record that captures asset configuration and lifecycle status
• Creates and updates mission-specific architecture frameworks to align with strategic, enterprise, and tactical requirements
• Develops Service Design Plans (SDPs) to incorporate interoperability standards and concept of operations activities
• Optimizes asset utilization within the EIE, remediating technical debt and modernizing legacy technologies to enhance interoperability and mission effectiveness

Qualifications

Required:

• Associate's degree in Business Administration , Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
• 4-9 years of experience in asset, property, or inventory management within a government, defense, or enterprise IT environment
• Working knowledge of asset management systems and inventory processes
• Familiarity with DoD federal property accountability standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly excel

Desired:

• Bachelor 's degree in related field
• Experience supporting compliance with DCMA and DCAA property standards
• Familiarity with asset tracking tools such as ServiceNow
• Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation property clauses
• Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management best practices
• Certified Professional Property Administrator
• IT Asset Management Certification

Clearance:

• Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI

Certification:

• DoD 8570 Baseline & CE certifications are required for all positions and may vary slightly depending on the skillset required to perform the role
• CompTIA Security+ CE
