Responsibilities:
- Develops and integrates a comprehensive asset management process, aligning people, processes, and technology across all phases of service delivery
- Maintains verifiable and authoritative asset data to support a resilient and interoperable Enterprise Information Environment (EIE) architecture
- Develops and maintains asset management blueprints that incorporate relevant inputs, outputs, and interoperability conditions, while executing full IT lifecycle management services
- Maintains an accurate cyber and data-informed Service Catalog that aligns with USSOUTHCOM strategies and operational outcomes
- Develops and maintains an IT Current Environment Record that captures asset configuration and lifecycle status
- Creates and updates mission-specific architecture frameworks to align with strategic, enterprise, and tactical requirements
- Develops Service Design Plans (SDPs) to incorporate interoperability standards and concept of operations activities
- Optimizes asset utilization within the EIE, remediating technical debt and modernizing legacy technologies to enhance interoperability and mission effectiveness
Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration , Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
- 4-9 years of experience in asset, property, or inventory management within a government, defense, or enterprise IT environment
- Working knowledge of asset management systems and inventory processes
- Familiarity with DoD federal property accountability standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly excel
Desired:
- Bachelor 's degree in related field
- Experience supporting compliance with DCMA and DCAA property standards
- Familiarity with asset tracking tools such as ServiceNow
- Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation property clauses
- Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management best practices
- Certified Professional Property Administrator
- IT Asset Management Certification
Clearance:
- Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
Certification:
- DoD 8570 Baseline & CE certifications are required for all positions and may vary slightly depending on the skillset required to perform the role
