The MIL Corporation is seeking a Program Analyst (Program Analysis, Associate) to support a federal government client in Rosslyn, VA. This position involves providing subject matter expertise and strategic operational support, especially in cloud oversight, technical financial management, and ISSO responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud services, budgeting, and federal program analysis.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on program planning, budgeting, and contract management.
- Produce financial plans and budget estimates, including Out-Year forecasts.
- Analyze operational efficiencies, trends, and resource utilization.
- Liaise with internal and external agencies, including foreign affairs and intelligence entities.
- Interpret and implement policies and procedures.
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives and documentation (e.g., SOPs).
- Support acquisitions planning, contract administration, and closeout.
- Mentor junior team members in program planning and financial matters.
- Ensure ISSO oversight aligns with ISO/IEC 27018:2019 and FISMA 2002 requirements.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently and effectively.
- Promote teamwork, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and task management skills.
- Experience supporting federal agencies or direct customer-facing projects.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with close attention to detail.
- Experience with cloud services and ISSO-related responsibilities.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ISO/IEC 27018:2019 and FISMA 2002 compliance.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and automated processes.
- Background in acquisitions and contract lifecycle support.
