We believe happy employees do amazing work, so join our team NOW! We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Tier 2 - Desktop/Technical Support Specialist for a Full-Time position.

Overview:

The Tier 2 Desktop/Technical Support Specialist will manage escalated incidents and provide comprehensive end-user support. This includes hands-on and remote troubleshooting of hardware, software, and peripheral issues across both Windows and macOS environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle escalated issues from Tier 1 support.
  • Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Image, configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices.
  • Perform software installations, patching, and endpoint compliance activities.
  • Support large-scale transitions, including deployment and refresh efforts.
  • Deliver VIP-level technical support when required.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in desktop or technical support roles.
  • Proficient with Windows, macOS, Active Directory, and MDM platforms.
  • Capable of lifting IT equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Preferred Certifications: CompTIA Network+, ITIL v4, JAMF, Workspace ONE.
