The Campaign Data Systems Operational Analyst is a critical position providing campaign travel management, administrative, data systems, and finan cia l management support to the client, ensuring effective force deployment, campaign synchronization, and fiscal responsibility. This role serves as a key liaison between planners, stakeholders, and leadership, contributing directly to the success of U.S. Marine Corps operations in Europe and Africa. You'll introduce and recommend new ideas that deliver deep visibility and insights while being part of a supportive team that roots you on.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. What You'll Do:
- You will provide technical Defense Travel System ( DTS ) support for execution of Operations Activities and Investments ( OAI ) actions and processes supporting CONUS and Europe-based Marines traveling in support of campaign activities.
- As needed, you will provide the customer with after-hours on-call support for DTS revisions related to the movement of Marines and equipment, ensuring compliance with US treaty obligations and Joint Travel Regulations ( JTR ) .
- You will act as a Reviewing Offi cia l ( RO ) for DTS vouchers on G-35 Line of Accounting ( LOA ) requests funded by EUCOM or the USMC.
- You will draft, analyze, and refine travel planning guidelines for events involving 10 or more USMC travelers.
- In this role you will c ond uct stakeholder synchronization to ensure accountability of allocated funds.
- As you grow in the role, identify opportunities for increased burden sharing with regional partners and maximize efficiencies in resource utilization.
- You will be asked to present recommendations to leadership regarding fiscal matters, resource allocation, operational awareness, force posture, readiness, and interoperability.
- Take ownership of the process and recommend best practices to develop, maintain, and administer resource and finan cia l processes, including submissions, review workflows, voucher approvals, and asso cia ted timelines.
- Over time you will advise on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitate implementation of new tools.
- You will maintain proficiency in key operational, knowledge management, and fiscal data systems used for resource management of allocated forces, deployed training forces, and client headquarters personnel.
- Over time you will apply analytical best practices for data collection, aggregation, normalization, and analysis.
- Analyze and process data, while creating and maintaining models and report templates and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions.
- You will provide quarterly training for all operational planners on policy changes.
- Assist regional planners with continuous monitoring of U.S. Marine Corps force availability, and draft guidance to deploying and training forces for their deployment, and redeployment in support of Combatant Command requirements.
- You will also be asked to participate in the review and refinement of the client's Operations, Activities, and Investments ( OAIs ) , integrating them into event and exercise planning to support campaign synchronization.
- You will prepare and support synchronization efforts f or other staff sections as directed in support of the client's mission.
- Support military member travel by reviewing and coordinating offi cia l travel authorizations and vouchers as a DTS Reviewing Offi cia l.

You Have:
- 3+ years of experience with joint operations planning at the service component or combatant command level
- Experience supporting military planning at theater, operational, or tactical levels and planning large-scale planning events with military headquarters staff elements
- Experience as a finan cia l analyst
- Experience using the Micro sof t Office suite of programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Power BI
- Knowledge of budget ing, expense management, and data visualization best practices
- Ability to coordinate across staff functions and command echelons
- Ability to brief senior-level customers, including general and flag officers
- Ability to work in Germany without sponsorship

Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Marine Air-Ground Task Force ( MAGTF ) concepts
- Experience with the Joint Planning Process, Navy Planning Process, Marine Corps Planning Process, or Military Decision-Making Process, including Adaptive Planning and Execution
- Experience with ADVANA, C2IE, and Maven Smart Systems
- Knowledge of naval and joint doctrine, including NATO processes
- Master's degree
