POSITION OVERVIEW


DEFTEC Corporation is seeking a ADA TADSS Operator to support the operation of Army Air Defense Artillery Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Operate and maintain ADA TADSS during classroom and practical training events.

  • Assist in launching and operating training simulations and support software and hardware troubleshooting in real time during military training events.

  • Support integration, configuration, and execution of ADA weapon system simulators and support scenarios across various training systems including THAAD, Patriot, SHORAD, and IBCS.

  • Ensure adherence to course training schedules and Program of Instruction (POI) while working closely with Army instructors.

  • Conduct system readiness checks and refer unresolved hardware/software issues to government representatives within required timeframes.

  • Collaborate with the COR, instructors, and technical leads to ensure high-quality training support delivery.

  • Install and configure software updates and simulations for ADA TADSS systems as required, following approved change management procedures.

  • Assist in classroom preparation, student summaries, and reporting as required by instructors or contract performance documents.


QUALIFICATIONS:


Required Qualifications:


  • Graduation from an ADA MOS-producing course OR 2+ years in air and missile defense operations, OR 1+ year operating ADA TADSS.

  • Must possess an active SECRET clearance

  • CompTIA Security+ clearance


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Master's Degree
