POSITION OVERVIEW
DEFTEC Corporation is seeking a ADA TADSS Project Lead to serve as the senior ADA TADSS Operator overseeing simulator-based training support for Army ADA systems at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

POSITION OVERVIEW
DEFTEC Corporation is seeking a ADA TADSS Project Lead to serve as the senior ADA TADSS Operator overseeing simulator-based training support for Army ADA systems at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides senior-level oversight of TADSS Operator activities including training support, certification tracking, and Government coordination.
- Ensures team compliance with Army POIs, course requirements, and simulation system operations in support of ADA training objectives.
- Serves as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), manages team assignments, and supports problem resolution.
- Reviews and verifies training support deliverables including schedules, staffing updates, and certification records.
- Tracks training system readiness and personnel certification status to ensure uninterrupted support during training cycles.
- Acts as lead liaison with Government representatives for scheduling, compliance, and coordination of surge or substitute staffing actions.
- Supports updates to TADSS hardware/software and coordinates associated change management procedures across operator staff.
- Leads routine internal reviews to verify contract compliance, training continuity, and quality of training support services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an ADA MOS-producing course with a minimum of 2 years of experience and 1 year in a lead role.
- Must possess an active SECRET clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- CompTIA Security+ certification is required
