Responsibilities include:
  • Organize, coordinate and manage planning of IC Associates support of IC conferences, expert panels and research studies.
  • Establish outreach relationships with individuals from academia, think tanks and consultant companies to include maintenance of contact information and availability for future projects including the External Research Council.
  • Review IC Associates’ work products (briefs, research studies, and papers) for the client in accordance with the established requirements.
  • Assist the client with strategic planning and requests for input into executive branch transition, and other high-profile deliverables supporting the client.
  • Function as POC for Leidos, a client and outside IC Associates, for establishing short-term contracts for production of deliverables.
  • Employ established project management principles and concepts to each project, when required.
  • Assist the IC Associates Project Manager with cost estimates and data input/management.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph
  • Typically requires a BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be exchanged for degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience.
  • Experience in a Completed Operations/Deliverables based contract.

Pay Range: Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00
