Information Technology Analyst

Description

Expertise and Functions Deploy, configure, and support customer laptop and desktop computer systems, software applications, IT support equipment, VoIP and telephony (mobile phone) products • Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support for customer equipment and fix issues as required, especially during Test/event periods Provide technical support for enterprise networking and infrastructure projects Maintain and provide 100% uptime network support, including cabling (Fiber and Copper) support as required Provide COMSEC support to deployed COMSEC equipment and function as the local COMSEC Hand-Receipt Holder, re-key equipment and general COMSEC support Document all work Perform as the Trusted Agent for the site Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications

Education/Training:

• Associates Degree in relevant discipline preferred
• Current DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE Certification or higher) required

Experience:

• 2+ years of direct experience in providing IT solutions required
• Experience working in a customer-facing support role preferred

Security:

• Must be a US citizen
• Active DoD issued Secret Security Clearance required

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
