Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to support the Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE) Program Management Office (PMO). This role involves providing business analysis, technical process and review management analysis, and strategic support to the APM for Engineering (APM-E), PM Integration Engineer, and PM Advanced Technology Integrators (ATI). The ideal candidate will have experience in systems engineering, technical review execution, and integration planning across a portfolio of defense acquisition programs.



Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support and independent risk assessment and evaluation of program management execution and systems engineering activities.
* Facilitate capture and translation of customer requirements into systems/solutions and conduct system architecture analyses.
* Support integration planning and conduct trade studies and engineering assessments across the PM TCE program portfolio.
* Develop and maintain PMO engineering policies, processes, and strategic roadmaps.
* Support System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs), System Engineering Plans, and Test and Evaluation Master Plan reviews.
* Maintain MS Teams and SharePoint sites for engineering documentation and collaboration.
* Perform business process and workflow analysis, and develop capabilities-based portfolio analysis.
* Support Science and Technology (S&T) efforts and integration engineering through capability assessments and strategic planning.
* Attend classified meetings and ensure personnel have appropriate security clearance.
* Deliver status reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and technical reports as required.


Required Qualifications:
* U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
* Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* 1 to 6 years of experience in systems engineering within DoD acquisition programs.
* 8 years of experience in systems engineering within DoD acquisition programs preferred for senior role.
* Familiarity with DoD 5000.02 framework and Marine Corps acquisition policies.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and meet MCEN access requirements.



Required Skills:
* Proficiency in systems engineering principles, technical review processes, and integration planning.
* Experience with architecture analysis, trade studies, and engineering assessments.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools including Teams and SharePoint.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a secure, fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. May include lifting to 25 pounds as necessary.
