Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Logistics Analyst to support the Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE) Program Management Office (PMO). This role involves providing comprehensive logistics support across multiple programs, including coordination of logistics events, development of acquisition documentation, and analysis of supply and maintenance readiness. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Marine Corps logistics systems and acquisition processes, and will be capable of supporting fielding, sustainment, and lifecycle management activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and participate in logistics events such as LORAs, DMSMS Analyses, and Product Support Analyses.
* Develop and update logistics acquisition documentation including Lifecycle Sustainment Plans, Fielding Plans, and Disposal Plans.
* Draft and validate Technical Instructions, Stock List 3s, and Technical Manuals.
* Conduct validation/verification events for logistics products and publications.
* Support Independent Logistics Assessments (ILAs) and draft ILA Reports.
* Perform DMSMS analysis and deliver mitigation strategy reports.
* Analyze supply and maintenance readiness and recommend corrective actions.
* Maintain and utilize logistics systems such as TFSMS, GCSS-MC, and VIPER.
* Support development and validation of Technical Publications and FRACAS reports.
* Assist with property accountability, audit readiness, and equipment fielding activities.
Required Qualifications:
* U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
* 8+ years of experience in logistics support within a DoD acquisition environment.
* Familiarity with Marine Corps logistics policies, systems, and documentation standards.
* Experience with DMSMS, IUID, and lifecycle sustainment planning.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics databases (e.g., GCSS-MC, TFSMS).
Required Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Experience with technical writing and documentation review.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
