The Field Service Representative (FSR) supports the Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE) Program Management Office (PMO) by providing technical and logistical support for fielded systems. The FSR will train users, conduct maintenance, and assist with equipment fielding and integration activities at CONUS and OCONUS locations. This role requires proficiency in Electromagnetic Warfare, High-Capacity Communications, and Tactical Communications systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide training and maintenance support for PMO/PO systems at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
* Support system setup, configuration, fault identification, and de-installation activities.
* Communicate incidents involving PMO-fielded equipment to Program Analysts and COR within 24 hours.
* Conduct scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance and report system status.
* Deliver operator and maintainer training for PM TCE fielded solutions.
* Coordinate and deliver New Equipment Training (NET) to Marine Expeditionary Forces.
* Support inventory management and parts ordering to maintain equipment readiness.
* Assist installation teams with fielding and integration of systems.
* Participate in equipment fielding and installation teams, including travel and inventory support.
* Support OCONUS deployments in accordance with USCENTCOM deployment requirements.
Required Qualifications:
* U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
* Experience supporting DoD or USMC tactical communications programs.
* Knowledge of Electromagnetic Warfare theory and systems.
* Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations as required.
* Familiarity with USCENTCOM deployment requirements.
Required Skills

* Ability to deliver technical training to operators and maintainers.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Experience with inventory management and logistics support.
* Knowledge of PM TCE systems and operational environments.
* Ability to work independently and in team settings under field conditions.
