Draft and refine acquisition artifacts such as Performance Work Statements (PWS), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), and Justification & Approvals (J&As).

Support governance activities including Acquisition Review Boards (ARBs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs).

Provide acquisition strategy recommendations to improve cost, schedule, and performance outcomes for CIO programs.

Drive process innovation using agile methodologies and business transformation tools to enhance acquisition planning and execution.

Collaborate with technical teams, contracting officers, and program managers to ensure acquisition packages are actionable, auditable, and aligned with mission objectives.

Track procurement milestones to monitor progress and ensure timely execution in alignment with Procurement Acquisition Lead Time (PALT) targets.
