Position Overview
Quantum Science Solutions (QSS) is seeking a skilled Project Integrator to support agile
development, project coordination, and full lifecycle software delivery efforts. This role
requires the ability to manage project activities across multiple teams, translate customer
needs into actionable system requirements, and ensure seamless execution and
integration across development cycles.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Agile project delivery, technical coordination, risk
management, and stakeholder communication to help drive mission-aligned initiatives
forward with precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Agile development efforts, including facilitating sprint planning and backlog
refinement.
• Translate customer requirements into system requirements, MVIs, Features, and
User Stories.
• Coordinate and monitor multiple high-visibility projects to ensure they stay on
schedule and within budget.
• Manage risk identification, mitigation, and escalation processes.
• Prepare and brief project status and reports tailored to technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
• Use Jira to manage portfolios, backlogs, products, and sprint workflows.
• Oversee corrective actions and change management to maintain alignment with
delivery objectives.
• Coordinate production approvals and system readiness through enterprise
reporting tools.
• Support strategic planning to ensure long-term and end-user goals are addressed.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
• Demonstrated experience in full lifecycle software development and Agile team
leadership.
• Proven ability to define and manage Agile artifacts including MVIs and sprint goals.
• Experience using Jira for Agile portfolio, backlog, and sprint management.
• Experience supporting governance processes such as PMR briefings and A&A
accreditation.
• Strong background in coordinating cross-functional teams for issue resolution and
technical support.
• Ability to manage reporting artifacts such as sprint burn-up charts and top-line
metrics.
• Proficient in risk and change management frameworks.
• Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and deployment cost estimation.
Desired Skills
• Familiarity with Sponsor-aligned Lean Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing reporting systems such as Segmentation services and
SecOps Pipelines.
• Hands-on knowledge of Sponsor-specific Jira workflows and data repositories.

Education Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a
related technical field.
• Equivalent work experience may be substituted for a degree.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification.
• PMP or relevant project integration/project management certification.
