Position Overview
Quantum Science Solutions (QSS) is seeking a detail-oriented Systems Integrator to
coordinate and manage the integration of software systems within Agile development
environments. This position will support full lifecycle technical project execution, cross
team coordination, and the deployment of systems that meet enterprise goals.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in Agile methodologies, cloud
integration, stakeholder communication, and technical project management with the
ability to convert strategic objectives into executable work products.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Agile sprint planning and manage backlog development.
• Translate user requirements into clearly defined MVIs, Features, and User Stories.
• Coordinate full lifecycle system development and integration activities.
• Track and manage multiple concurrent, high-visibility initiatives and timelines.
• Monitor delivery milestones and ensure adherence to cost, scope, and schedule.
• Use Jira for tracking progress, managing portfolios, and documenting deliverables.
• Support risk management including identification, mitigation, and response
strategies.
• Communicate complex technical issues in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic plans aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Coordinate with reporting systems to support production approvals and deployment
readiness.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
• Experience leading and managing Agile development teams and sprint cycles.
• Full lifecycle software development experience including systems integration.
• Strong understanding of backlog management, portfolio oversight, and sprint
reporting using Jira.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and program coordination.
• Experience with risk management processes and corrective action planning.
• Proficiency in briefing preparation, report delivery, and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of cloud environments including AWS and Azure.
• Experience creating PMR slides and tracking deployment-related system statuses.
• Understanding of software compliance and A&A accreditation maintenance.
Desired Skills
• Recent experience with Sponsor-aligned Lean Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with Sponsor-specific tools including Jira workflows, SecOps Pipelines,
and segmentation systems.
• Experience managing sprint burn-up charts, top-line charts, and sprint goal
tracking.
Education Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related
technical field.
• Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Certifications
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications relevant to
systems integration and Agile delivery.
