Help
- You will serve as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Lead in support of an assigned weapons system, providing ILS planning documentation, support ILS resourcing tasks, and provide ILS inputs to budgeting processes.
- You will collaborate with other functional area IPTs (e.g., Systems Engineering, System Safety, Test and Evaluation) in the execution of tasking, requiring recurring and close collaboration with external stakeholders.
- You will analyze various kinds of data for the purpose of determining support requirements to establish the relationship between the support system and the material system.
- You will perform functions of ILS Lead to coordinate data from external organizations in analysis of POAMs to develop sources of contracts to support projected workload for outside contracts.
- You will assess all requirements necessary to coordinate ILS functions with engineering, technical, and logistics personnel in related functions such as configuration management.
- You will influence or persuade logistics element personnel, project or acquisition managers, and engineering managers to accept ILS and maintenance plans, schedules, policy, and methods.
- You will prepare and maintain documentation on availability and capacities of sources of vendors as technical point of contact for procurement and obsolescence issues.
