Job Summary:
The Provisioner / RPSTL Developer will perform RPSTL and provisioning activities as directed by Supervisor for all programs.

The Provisioner / RPSTL Developer will perform RPSTL and provisioning activities as directed by Supervisor for all programs.

- Interpret engineering drawings for the purpose of piece part identification and application.
- Maintain Database for Logistic Management Information (LMI).
- Develop provisioning and RPSTL documentation as directed by Supervisor.
- Consistently meet program and quality objectives for logistics products.
- Work directly with the Team Lead and may perform duties as back-up to the Team Lead.
- Maintains Documentation regarding projects and provisioner parts lists.
- Notify Supervisor of program issues or concerns that may impact delivery or budget considerations.
- Duties assisting other Provisioners to support existing or new programs.
- Tracking and monitoring parts.
- Identify discrepancies with National Stock Numbers (NSN), Part Numbers, and Serialization.
- Prepare drawing support, Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP).
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
- Associate Degree or higher preferred.
- Working knowledge of Blue Prints and Engineering Drawings.
- Ability to use Fedlog, Webflis, Haystack, and other industry standard Parts Screening Tools.
- Understand maintenance concepts, Two-Level Maintenance Concepts, and SMR coding.
- Familiar with MIL-STD-40051, TB 750-93-1 and GEIA-STD-0007.
- Ability to function in a high-pressure environment and to meet stringent deadlines for completing tasks.
- Ability to climb, bend, and otherwise access all areas of Heavy Construction and Military Land Vehicles.
- Ability to maintain 3 points of contact while climbing on equipment.
- Familiar with Logistic Software such as SLIC, Powerlog, and COMPASS.
- Understand Provisioning Process.
- Ability to identify Provisioning Data Elements in an LSA-036 Report and familiarity with an LSA-030, 151, and 80 Reports.
- Understand how Logistics Control Numbers (LCN) are structured.
- Knowledge of the Provisioning Master Record (PMR) Functions.
- Familiar with Defense Information Service (DLIS).
- Ability to organize data for a Provisioning Conference.
- Ability to support projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to pass U.S. Government Background Screening required to obtain and maintain clearance.
- Dependable attendance.
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person status.
