You'll bring your analytical and strategic background to work on projects for the Joint Combatant Commands account. As a Strategic Competition and Information Environment Planner, your research and analytical skills will bolster execution of Department of Defense implementation guidance, as well as development of joint doctrine, concepts, and assessments that prepare the Joint Force. You'll evaluate complex systems, processes, and policies and generate recommendations to enhance Joint Force conceptual understanding and operational effectiveness.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience researching, writing, and providing recommendations pertaining to national security
• 8+ years of experience supporting information operations at the strategic or operational planning level at a U.S. military staff, including the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, or Office of the Secretary of Defense
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with senior military and civilian leaders
• Ability to work across multiple lines of effort under rigid timelines
• Ability to help manage multi-stakeholder forums and capture key outputs for senior leaders
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with military information support operations ( MISO )
• Experience with Department of Defense doctrine, education, concept development and experimentation, training, exercises, and lessons learned
• Experience with the Joint Staff Planning Process or the Joint Operation Planning Process
• Experience using Micro sof t Office products
• Master's degree in Security Studies, International Affairs, or Public P olicy
• Joint Information Planners JPME Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
