General Facility Planner

Key Role:

Solve difficult problems affecting the force by developing innovative solutions. Ensure operation and engineering success by providing asset portfolio and sub-portfolio support in resource planning, preventative maintenance, asset management and subject matter expertise . Provide strategic-level resource planning, preventative maintenance, and asset management. Leverage subject matter expertise combined with risk management techniques, Mission Dependency Index ( MDI ) , and wing-driven priorities to define portfolio or sub-portfolio asset and system-level maintenance, repair, or replacement priorities. Identify, prioritize and schedule portfolio asset and system repairs, replacements, or upgrades for assigned portfolio assets. Generate and process work requests adhering to local Work Request procedures, as well as c ond uct field surveys and provide recommendations for portfolio and sub-portfolio asset and system-specific work identified by the Government for the monthly Work Request Review Board.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a Command or Staff environment
• Experience in using Micro sof t Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Knowledge of civil engineer, public works, or government or private sector work control, customer service, and operations or maintenance management procedures, and functions and procedures of each type of work center
• Knowledge of project-based cost estimation practices and principles
• Knowledge of Air Force, Navy, Army, or government or private sector instructions, practices, and procedures pertaining to civil engineering or public works operations
• Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management and Sustainment Management Systems, system capabilities, and economic usage to effectively accomplish assigned functions
• Knowledge of analytical and diagnostic methods, procedures, and principles, and surveying methods, equipment, and techniques of measurements to identify project requirements
• Knowledge of program planning and budget ing cycles, finan cia l control, and budget systems, working classifications and the regulatory and statutory restrictions on the expenditures of appropriated and non-appropriated funds, automated data processing system capabilities, and real property management
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a Command or Staff environment in the INDOPACOM AOR preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
