Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to undergo a polygraph examination.
- Associate's degree (AA/AS) and 7+ years of intelligence analysis experience; or Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 3+ years of intelligence analysis experience; or 10+ years of intelligence analysis experience in lieu of a degree.
- Valid U.S. passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of VISA applications
- Familiarity with IC or Combatant Command environments, HUMINT targeting, center of gravity analysis, Boolean logic, and high side reporting tools.
- Ability to produce high-quality deliverables tailored to clients at tactical through strategic levels, including actionable leads, complex written products, and both formal and informal briefings.
Desired:
- Experience collaborating with collection managers to develop requirements, conducting order of battle analysis, or applying technical solutions to big data challenges.
- Understanding of the targeting life cycle, through completion of a target network profile course, for example.
- Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, or National Security Studies preferred; Master's degree in any of these fields or a related research discipline is a plus.
