Job Description: The selected candidate will work as a Budget Analyst supporting the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) at Thompson Gray. Responsibilities include utilizing Army financial systems, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with established processes and regulations. The Budget Analyst will play a critical role in managing financial execution, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting year-end close-out activities.

Qualified Candidates Must Have:
- Active SECRET Security Clearance
- Active General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Login
- Bachelors in Business field or related
- 1-3 years of experience in DoD Financial Accounting
- Familiarity with ARMY financial systems
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
Position Description:
- Experience utilizing various Army financial systems including but not limited to GFEBS.
- Analyst will review and analyze commitments, obligations, and disbursements of financial data for accuracy using GFEBS ERP and GFEBS BI functions.
- Understand the GFEBS reimbursable execution process to include creation of WBS and Sales Order and be able to assist in GFEBS program execution.
- Troubleshooting GFEBS problem areas to find solutions and temporary or permanent solutions to identified issues (ability to identify short-term workarounds when necessary).
- Analyze reporting data, identifying data deficiencies and redundancies.
