Description
Leidos’ Cyber & Analytics Business Area is seeking a dynamic senior technical lead to join an engineering organization supporting a classified customer located in Columbia, MD. This key position reports directly to the SVP/Business Area Manager and will contribute to a culture of engineering excellence to drive strategic growth.

Pay Range: Pay Range $134,550.00 - $243,225.00

Required Education, Skills & Experience

- Educational Foundation
- Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of progressively complex operational leadership experience, or
- Master’s degree with 13+ years in a mission-focused environment preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years supporting Intelligence Community operations, with a strong grasp of mission support activities and a deep understanding of customer business processes and forward-looking needs.

Security Clearance Requirement
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- The selected candidate must be able and willing to maintain this clearance throughout the tenure of the role.
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering, Technology, Management, Business, or a closely related discipline.
- Prior leadership experience in science and technology roles within National Security and Intelligence organizations.
