Lead/Project Manager, Senior

Tyto Athene is searching for a 7th Army Training Command (7ATC) Mission Partner (MP) Lead/Project Manager, Senior supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) at USAREUR-AF (United States Army Europe & Africa) in Grafenwöhr, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the engineering and service delivery of the multiple complex intelligence engineering solutions for 7th Army Training Command.
• Plans, directs, or coordinates activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.
• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key mission partner tasks and high impact assignments.
• Plans and leads major technology assignments.
• Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
• Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
• Must have a thorough understanding and experience in the complete life-cycle of the software in military systems.
• Must have knowledge and experience with Department of Defense (DOD)/Army plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at the acquisition and support of software and computer resources for Army systems.
• Must be capable of managing and controlling schedules and cost to provide on time, within budget, performance of all aspects of the contractual effort.
• Must be capable of providing direction for operations and ensuring compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures.
• Must be capable of providing recommendations for resolution of technical problems.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on continuous learning and process improvement.
• Active Top Secret Clearance with eligibility for SCI.
• Master's Degree and 6 years of experiences, or BA/BS with 8-12 years of experience, or AA/AS degree with 10+ years, or High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT II Baseline Certification and a relevant Computing Environment Certification.
• Strong understanding of United States Army Europe & Africa 7th Army Training Command (7ATC)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desired:

• Certifications such as Microsoft Azure (Server Administration), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or RedHat Certified Engineer (RHCE).
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM, ElasticSearch, PowerBI, and/or other reporting and analysis tools.
• Familiarity with DoD IT security standards and best practices.
