Senior Configuration Manager

Tyto Athene is searching for a Senior Configuration Manager to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and integrates a comprehensive Configuration Management (CM) process that enhances the efficiency, interoperability, and resilience of the Enterprise Information Environment (EIE)
• Manages people, processes, and technology across all phases of service delivery, promoting seamless and integrated operations throughout the lifecycle
• Creates and maintains an authoritative, data-driven CM process that serves as the foundation for EIE architecture, aligning with USSOUTHCOM strategies and mission outcomes
• Manages the configuration of an IT blueprint that details the inputs, outputs, and interoperability conditions of the EIE
• Creates and upkeeps an accurate service catalog that integrates cyber and data-informed capabilities

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor 's degree in Information Systems , Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Configuration Management supporting IT systems of DoD programs
• Experience leading CM for enterprise systems and/or within large scale, multi-vendor envir onments
• Hands-on experience with CM tools such as ServiceNow CMDB
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, DoDAF principles and DevSecOps methodologies
• Experience performing configuration audits and managing baselines
• Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills

Desired:

• Master's degree in related field
• Familiarity with agile development and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience supporting classified or DoD environments
• DoDAF training or certifications
• DevOps/ DevSecOps Certification
• ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
• CM Analyst Certification
• Certified International Configuration Manager

Clearance:

• Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI

Certification:

• DoD 8570 Baseline & CE certifications are required for all positions and may vary slightly depending on the skillset required to perform the role
• CompTIA Security+ CE
