Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and Procurement Manager to provide programmatic and administrative support within the Tactical Communications branch of the Electronic Systems and Cyber Technologies Group. Reporting directly to the Tactical Communications Director, this role oversees inventory management, procurement processes, and administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and support for high-paced DoD missions. The ideal candidate excels in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management, thriving in dynamic, mission-driven environments with a focus on streamlining logistics and procurement practices.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Serving as the primary logistics specialist, managing the distribution, movement, and storage of equipment while maintaining accurate records of orders, suppliers, and customers.
- Providing timely updates to customers on order status and tracking quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and overall efficiency.
- Entering purchase details (e.g., vendor information, invoices, and pricing) into internal databases and preparing shipping documents.
- Reviewing and compiling required documents to create purchase requisition (PR) packages, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
- Performing technical expertise in executing day-to-day activities and special projects, including strategic planning and program management.
- Analyzing results, recommending process improvements, and coordinating administrative matters across organizational lines.
- Independently planning and executing successive steps in assignments, resolving issues, and handling deviations in work tasks.
- Planning shipments based on product availability and customer requests, tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assisting with travel requirements, including booking arrangements for team members.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal customers through effective communication and interpersonal interactions.

Required Experience
- High school diploma with relevant college coursework in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes, including familiarity with the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD R&E) FutureG Office.
- 5+ years of support in tactical communications or 5G-related fields, with expertise in records and information management.
- Experience in supply chain management, vendor relations, and inventory control systems.
Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform moderately difficult and complex assignments independently.
- Self-motivated team player proficient in multiple office automation software tools to produce a wide range of documents.
- Efficient in analyzing results, recommending changes, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, including executive-level communications.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal customers through effective communication and interpersonal interactions.
- U.S. Citizen with current TS security clearance (or eligibility to obtain/maintain).
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
- Certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD) are a plus.
- Experience in strategic planning, program management, and coordinating administrative matters across organizational lines.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, and vendor negotiation practices.
