As the EPMO Director,the individual will serve as a senior leader at OSC Edge. In this position, the EPMO Director will be accountable for a wide range of responsibilities related to the management of financial, administrative, and certain operational functions. In addition, this position will oversee new business financial planning/pricing and existing business financial execution. The Director will establish and manage an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) that will establish, train and monitor uniform delivery expectations across active contracts.

Responsibilities:
- Establishes and oversees an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO)
- Creates and deploys the operational artifacts such as templates, tools and standard operating procedures
- Oversees new business financial planning/pricing, will negotiate pricing with customers and vendors
- Facilitates the value review board for proposals
- Establishes, trains and monitors uniform delivery expectations across active contracts
- Oversees the outsourced financial team
- Provides internal processes for improved efficiency while adhering to QMS standards, the FAR and legal guidelines
- Supports the Home office and customer-facing operations, as needed
- Manages a portfolio of small projects, as needed
- Creates reports and provides data analytics
- Works with internal team on forecasting
- Attends and participates in meetings
- Performs other tasks as required
Required Qualifications/Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, management, or related field
- Ten or more years of organizational operational experience, preferably as a DoD Federal contractor
- Possess an active Project Management Certification (PMP)
- Possess 10 Years of program and subcontract management
- Possess 5 or more years of financial management in federal contracting
- Possess 5 or more years of new bid pricing experience
- Prior experience establishing an enterprise program management office (EPMO)
- Ability to receive and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Proficiency of government contracts, administration, and finance matters (i.e. financial reporting and budgetary discipline)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Prior experience executing a PMO and federal contractor operations
- Ability to work with discretion and confidential information
- Ability to multi-task and possess a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
- Ability to be resourceful and problem solve quickly and at times work under pressure
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work well with people at all levels is essential
- Ability to achieve company and contract objectives
- Ability to make sound judgments and decisions in the best interest of the company
- Strong motivation to go above and beyond
- Approachable demeanor and professional posture
