Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator with strong expertise in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) administration and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform with a focus on CMDB, discovery, and service mapping to support IT operations and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, focusing on CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM modules.
Perform daily administration tasks including user management, access control, workflow management, and platform upgrades.
Develop and maintain CMDB data models, CI classes, and relationships to ensure accurate configuration item data.
Integrate CMDB with discovery tools to support automated population and updates.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with CMDB standards, processes, and governance policies.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions to optimize platform performance.
Create and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of ServiceNow Administration experience with hands-on expertise in CMDB and ITSM.
Strong understanding of CMDB architecture, CI classes, attributes, and relationships.
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.
Proficiency in creating business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, and catalog items.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and configuration management best practices.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
