Experience: Senior - over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR and/or the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) with 3 years of specialized experience with CNAF/CNAFR F-16 concept of operations.
Position Description: Liaison and lead actions related to F-16, transition, site activation, manpower, Contractor Logistics Support, and other activity related to support the F-16 adversary program. Monitors contractor performance required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS) as outlined by the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) utilizing all required resources. Reviews, tracks, and submits Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs) as directed by the PWS and QASP. Analyzes aviation maintenance manpower requirements to optimize the activity's readiness through the appropriate assignment of personnel based on experience and core competency. Utilizes Microsoft Office applications to provide senior leadership at various levels with data, in graphic and narrative form to aid in their decision-making process. Proactively participates in communication initiatives between contractor, CMMT and PMA to cultivate a collaborative partnership while striving to achieve mutual goals. Leverages knowledge, skills, and abilities in support of PMA-226 Naval Sustainment System - Aviation (NSS-A) activities. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of functional and operational aspects related to organizational level aircraft maintenance acquired through experience working at an Organizational Maintenance Activity. Prepares and utilizes ad-hoc queries in multiple integrated databases in-order-to ascertain critical aircraft, supply, material condition, readiness, utilization, maintenance workload, and failure trend data. Analyzes data on a daily basis and utilize expertise to deliver key insights to management to assist them in making decisions that have a direct impact on aircraft readiness. Analyzes the mission accomplishment and core competency on a continuing basis and provide analytical data to support the NAE maintenance core competency readiness objectives.

Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $95,000-$125,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
