Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working along side the military with our team of other awesome Intelligence Analysts, Cyber Range Content Developers, and Instructor Developers. You will be supporting the Government's core cyber intelligence mission.
What level Clearance do I need?You must possess anactive TS/SCIclearance.
What will I be doing? Using your expertise as an Operations Training Analyst, in this role you will be:

What will I be doing? Using your expertise as an Operations Training Analyst, in this role you will be:
- Maintaining Cyber crew Training Guidance for cyber crew operators
- Providing Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) training for Cyberspace Wing subordinate units
- Facilitating cyber crew unit training team meetings
- Reviewing and providing comments on Master Training Plans/Tasks Lists and Plans of Instruction
- Certifying and training Cyberspace Wing crew instructors
- Participating in Training Planning Team Meetings
- Participating in Weapon System Reviews
- Participating in Tactics Review Boards
- Participating in Weapons and Tactics Conferences
- Participating in Standardization and Evaluation Board meetings
- Participating in Cyberspace Wing Tactics, Intel, Training, and Stan/Eval (TITE) meetings
- Reviewing and providing comments on proposed operations training policy and rules of engagement
- Participating in Unit Visits (UV) and prepare UV reports
- Updating staff meeting slides
- Interfacing with unit Task Management Tool
- Planning, developing, participating and managing Wing-supported exercises
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with cyberspace operations training
- Experience with U.S. Air Force (USAF) training methodology
- Additionally, requires BA/BS degree or "in lieu of" experience (an associate degree plus 4 years' work experience OR no degree plus 6 years' work experience)
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required
