The Prospective Group (TPG) is looking for a Continuous Monitoring Analyst to conduct open-source research in support of the NAESOC. This person will be part of a team of Analysts in the preparation of business assessments.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for conducting facility baselining and monitoring actions to include analyzing FCL-relevant risk events received through automated data sources and referring all valid events to the cognizant Field Office and NAESOC
Conduct the continuous monitoring actions IAW ISOM 20.04.03.
Conduct business-related research, including, but not limited to Pitchbook, open-source research, and Government databases, aimed at U.S. and foreign companies and affiliated parties (key management personnel, suppliers, partners, creditors, owners, investors, and other and foreign affiliations etc.) while reviewing FCL relevant risk events and producing Continuous Monitoring Alert Referrals.
Communicate comprehensible research results via an analytical written report or verbally with attention to detail and quality to DCSA and Industry stakeholders as required.
Qualifications:
Be knowledgeable and able to apply data analysis, trend analysis and problem-solving techniques.
Capable of applying analytic standards (i.e., Intelligence Community Directive 203) to business intelligence data
Experience with Open-Source Research and composing analytical research documents.
Experience and Knowledge of/with OSINT (Open-Source Research Intelligence) procedures and reporting.
Knowledgeable of data manipulation within databases and Microsoft software packages, and knowledgeable and skilled in using commercial, proprietary, and government business, legal, and intelligence databases and resources
Capable of expertly communicating the results of their research and analysis in writing, via an analytical product, and able to coherently discuss their rationale, understanding, and opinions to DCSA and industry stakeholders, as required
Degree in Business (Management/Finance/Entrepreneurship/Law/Administration) or International Business
Experience with various research databases and tools: Bloomberg, Pitchbook, Orbis, etc.
