ABOUT THE TEAM
The Corporate Operations team partners directly with Anduril's senior leadership to drive clarity on the company's most critical business questions-leading everything from pipeline forecasting and strategic planning to high impact special projects for the C-Suite. We combine analytical rigor with cross-functional execution to drive clarity, unlock opportunities, and accelerate decision-making across the business.
We are seeking a high-performing Manager focused on forecasting and pipeline analysis. This role will serve as the analytical engine behind our pipeline forecast -owning the modeling, surfacing insights, and developing executive-ready narratives that shape how we plan and operate.
We're looking for someone with an equity research background who thrives in fast-paced, high ownership environments. This is a highly visible role that will help define how we track performance and communicate progress across the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
US Salary Range
$108,000 - $162,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the analytical force behind our pipeline forecast, turning data into clear, compelling insights that shape high-stakes decisions
- Dig deep into top-line trends and pipeline health to identify opportunities and uncover risks
- Refine and maintain the models, assumptions, and frameworks that power our pipeline forecast -improving accuracy, consistency, and strategic value over time
- Craft crisp, executive-ready materials for C-Suite and Board reviews, along with monthly forecast memos that explain what's changing, why it matters, and what to watch next
- 2-3 years experience in equity research or investment banking
- Impeccable attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy and consistency
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong financial modeling skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information clearly for executive audiences
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to operate independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Exposure to industries involving hardware, defense, or complex sales motions
