Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a VMware Consultant to assist a a government customer with mission critical infrastructure support in San Diego, CA . You will work closely with the client to understand their unique business needs and provide tailored solutions that leverage the full capabilities of VMware products.

• Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Track and resolve alerts, events, and task failures in vCenter and related systems
- Monitor datastore capacity and performance (latency/IOPS)
- Maintain accurate documentation of virtual environments, including VMs, datastores, and network configurations
- Apply patches to ESXi hosts & vCenter components using scheduled/staged patches
- Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless integration of third-party products and address compatibility issues.
- Provide expertise guidance on VMware Cloud Operations
Qualifications:
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
- 3+ years of experience with VMware Cloud Storage
- Relevant certifications in VMware are a plus
- Strong Networking/Storage experience
