We are seeking experienced Weapons Mechanics to support the MH-139 program at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls, Montana. This role involves hands-on maintenance, inspection, and repair of aircraft weapons systems, with a focus on the M240D. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in military aircraft maintenance and weapons systems and be comfortable working across multiple shifts in a dynamic, mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, inspect, maintain, and repair M240D weapons in accordance with OEM and military standards.
- Assemble, disassemble, and modify aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement upgrades.
- Oversee the assembly, disassembly, or overhaul of weapons components.
- Troubleshoot complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate and repair faults.
- Perform validation and verification testing of systems and components.
- Document procedures, repairs, test results, and inspections to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
- Inspect components and verify repairs for flightworthiness and operational readiness.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed.
- ACTIVE Secret Clearance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in military aircraft maintenance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with military weapons systems.
- High school diploma or GED, with typically 4+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hands-on experience with M240D weapons systems.
- Experience with rotorcraft maintenance.
- Current or former Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.
- General mechanical experience across multiple aircraft systems.
